Change of Customs Duty Payment Method for Shipments to the United States to DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

For Customers the United States.

Thank you very much for your loyalty.

We are pleased to inform you that our store has updated its logistics system and will be changing the shipping method regarding customs duties and other taxes.
Under the new logistics system, the shipping method will be changed to DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Effective Date
Orders placed on or after November 4 (Japan Standard Time)

For orders placed on or after November 4, customs duties and other taxes will be displayed on the checkout page.
Accordingly, no additional costs will be incurred after your order is completed.

What is DDP?
DDP stands for Delivered Duty Paid, which means that we, the seller, will bear all costs and risks associated with delivering the item to the destination specified by the customer, including import duties and taxes.

The customs duties will be shown in this section on the checkout page.

For Customers Outside the United States.

We are truly grateful for your unwavering support.

We sincerely apologize for the continued inconvenience; however, shipments to destinations outside the United States will remain under the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) method, meaning that customs duties and VAT/GST are to be paid by the purchaser.

That said, we are currently preparing to introduce the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) system for destinations other than the United States as well.

We expect the system to be ready between January and February 2026. Once the system preparation is complete, we plan to begin offering DDP shipping for all destination countries.
