Free GameXT is a full-fledged shore-style multi-piece rod that overcomes the weaknesses of pack and travel rods.
The blanks are equipped with Shimano's proud Hi-Power X. We added tension to the blanks, which are heavy and tend to sag due to the large number of joints, and achieved a sharp swing feel.
In addition, Free GameXT intentionally uses an overferrule. This gives it strong butt power. There is a greater degree of freedom in guide settings compared to the swing-out method, which leads to better performance.
Of course, we also thoroughly pursue the portability and ease of use that are unique to pack & travel rods. Closed length is set to less than 60cm, which is the carry-on size for aircraft, and can be stored in a large suitcase.
Furthermore, the tip piece is set slightly shorter than the other pieces. Prevents damage to the tip part that occurs when carrying it in two or three parts (additional model in 2019)
