Yes, you can cancel your order after placing it.

If you wish to cancel, please request cancellation from your order history in your account or contact us at the email address below. When contacting us via email address, please include your order number.

Additionally, please note that orders cannot be canceled after the order has been shipped from our warehouse or after preparations for shipping have been completed.

Yes, the shipment can be tracked after it is shipped. After shipping from our warehouse, we will provide you with a DHL or FedEx tracking number.

After shipping from our warehouse is complete (after updating the tracking number), your order will arrive according to the schedule below.

Shipping costs are added based on the weight of the ordered items (and in the case of rods, on their length) and vary by country of delivery.
We will automatically weigh the items in your cart and display the final shipping cost.

We are very sorry, but we cannot offer shipping in plastic tube packaging.

It will be packed and shipped in manufacturer's cardboard. Although we take great care in packaging and shipping, if the rod is found to be damaged upon arrival, we will issue a full refund.

For Customers the United States
The term of sale is DDP "Delivered Duty Paid".
Customs duties and other taxes for the United States are displayed at the time of checkout and are charged to the customer upon payment.Therefore, no additional costs will be incurred after your order is completed.

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government has abolished the de minimis exemption system. Accordingly, for shipments to the United States, all items are subject to customs clearance and duties, regardless of the total purchase amount.


For Customers Outside the United States
The term of sale is DDU "Delivered Duty Unpaid".
We sincerely apologize, but our product prices and shipping costs do not include customs duties or VAT/GST.
These taxes will be determined once your ordered items arrive at the customs office of the destination country and will be billed to you directly by the shipping carrier.

However, we are currently preparing to change our shipping method from DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) to DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) between January and February 2026, so that no customs duties or VAT/GST will be incurred after shipment for any destination country.
Once the system preparation is complete, we will notify our customers through our newsletter.

Yes, the item you received may be returned under the following conditions.

We will refund your order price once the item arrives at our warehouse.

For details on returns, please refer to "Return and Repair".

In case of initial defective item:

If the item is found to be defective within 14 days of receiving it, we will cover all shipping costs for the return.

We will provide you with a return label issued by the shipping carrier.

However, please note that we will not be able to accept returns if more than 14 days have passed since you received the item or if the item has already been used.

We inspect items before shipping, but in rare cases items may be damaged due to shock during air transport, so please inspect items upon arrival.

In the case of a return due to customer circumstances (change of mind, etc.):

If you wish to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

Customers can freely select a delivery carrier and ship to our warehouse.

We are very sorry, but due to regulations with the Japanese manufacturer, we are unable to repair the item.

The item comes with a warranty card that is valid for one year, but the warranty card for items purchased from overseas cannot be applied at local manufacturers or retailers. If you apply for compensation, you will need to ship the item to the Japanese manufacturer, and the round-trip shipping cost will be required. Please note that we cannot accept proxy applications on behalf of manufacturers regarding compensation.

We are very sorry, but we do not sell genuine parts for reels and rods.

This is because genuine parts do not have a product code (UPC or JAN) and cannot be managed or sold online store.
