The "Emeraldas Air IL" is designed with a relentless focus on being lightweight and trouble-free, thanks to Daiwa’s proprietary "interline" (internal line) structure. Beyond the seamless, intuitive control it offers, its exceptional lightness significantly enhances sensitivity and ensures fatigue-free handling—making every movement, from casting to jerking the lure, a truly pleasurable experience.
■ 77MLM... A "run-and-gun" semi-short model.
The development concept for the 77MLM centers on leveraging the power of the butt section to propel a supple tip, allowing the angler to manipulate an "egi" (squid jig) exactly as desired. By combining an "ML" (medium-light) class tip with an "M" (medium) class butt, the rod enables a wide range of actions—from subtle, short-pitch jerks to powerful, amplified movements where the butt section’s strength enhances the flex of the tip.
Whether you are employing an aggressive, fast-paced "run-and-gun" style with #2.5 to #3.5 "egi", or carefully working a jig through currents in deeper water, the combination of a supple tip and a powerful butt section ensures you can handle any situation without ever having to slow your pace.
