A shad tail worm that lures rockfish with its slow fall.
Normally, making the shad tail larger slows the fall and targets rockfish floating in the mid-water layer, but this results in a large action that makes it difficult to target nervous rockfish.
The Gekkabijin Move Beam keeps the size of the shad tail to a minimum, and its inverted rib body shape allows for complex water interaction, resulting in a slow fall.
The material is also set to a hardness that causes it to vibrate gently on a slow fall, making it particularly effective against rockfish that dislike large actions.
A hook set point is provided on the back of the body, making hook setting easier.
