As "tip-eging" (a style of eging/squid fishing using a sensitive rod tip) grows in popularity, the technique is becoming increasingly challenging. For those looking to get started—but who also demand high levels of sensitivity and excellent handling—the Calamaretti UX "Tip Eging" model has been revamped.
Based on the *Nuovo Calamaretti* series, this model is packed with the sensitivity, maneuverability, and balance required to compete at the highest level.
With an ideal 6'6" length that helps keep the rod tip stable, and an "ML" (medium-light) power rating, this model is perfectly suited for fishing in shallower waters.
