Dynamic, high-energy "vasalo" (side-to-side/up-and-down) action!
This lure excels in overall performance—offering superior snag-resistance around cover, effective fish-enticing capabilities, reliable hook-ups, and ease of casting.
True to the "DoLive" series lineage, it delivers a "vasalo" action that is both spontaneous and packed with torque.
Often, when a lure is designed specifically for navigating heavy cover, features that might snag are stripped away, resulting in a simple, minimalist design—which can unfortunately lead to a monotonous, uninspiring action.
In contrast, this lure features a streamlined, snag-resistant body paired with a meticulously engineered "vasalo" paddle. This paddle causes the entire body to sway and swing vigorously—up and down—effectively reconciling these often-conflicting requirements at a high level.
Whether paired with a heavy sinker (14g or more) or a light one (around 2g), the lure produces a unique, spontaneous "vasalo" action during the fall, making it versatile enough for everything from slow, finesse-style presentations to fast-paced reaction bites.
During a retrieve, the body undulates while the "vasalo" paddle moves up and down. As the retrieve speed increases, the paddle begins to flap erratically—moving up, down, left, and right—mimicking a fleeing crayfish. This dynamic, lifelike motion triggers the predatory instincts of bass.
