7cm class minnows are a perfect match for bait fish such as Wakasagi and Oikawa regardless of the field or season, and sometimes bring explosive fishing results. However, the slender silhouette unique to minnows made it difficult to secure sufficient weight and made them difficult to fly, so they could only be properly handled with spinning tackle.
