Nowadays, field conditions change from year to year, and the Drive Shot 4-inch was born out of the need for flexible response. Drive Shot is a stress-free backslide worm that can be easily used regardless of the type of cover. The Drive Shot 4-inch is designed by minimizing the volume of the 4.5-inch (released in 2020) hula skirt while reducing the length and width of the body without compromising the strong water push caused by the kickback action. The weight is approximately 6.3g, which is 40% less than the 4.5-inch model. By reducing the size while maintaining the power of water thrusting, it shows its true value when preying on small langoustines and small fish, or when under high pressure due to tournaments or holidays. The shot rig (named for a rig with a nail sinker inserted in the nail hole) unique to drive shots allows for presentation into complex cover and small gaps in aquatic plants. The 4-inch drive shot covers the finesse area of the backslide and completes the backslide strategy.
