A world not found in ordinary floating or sinking minnows.
With existing minnows, the lure repeats a move-stop-move-stop cycle when twitched.
When stopped, the coming lure tries to regain its balance using buoyancy, and does not move forward, resulting in it to a halt.
Because of its own weight, the D-Contact twists and moves forward while trying to regain its balance using the law of inertia. This is the inertial slide.
Fish are lured by the move, and recognize the slow-speed inertial slide as a chance to bite. You can see the same thing when birds and animals catch their prey.
The D-Contact was developed as a minnow that produces a wriggling sliding action when twitched, darting, and jerking, ensuring that you can catch the targeted fish.
Due to its nature, sinking minnows have weaknesses when twitching, but the D-Contact's potential remains unchanged both upstream and downstream. When targeting downstream, there is no need to bother changing to a floating minnow anymore.
