The unique second lip overturns the concept of heavy weight minnows.
Heavy sinking minnows can achieve overwhelming distance due to their weight, but on the other hand, the swimming response becomes poor and you can only swim with fast reeling.
G-Control uses a second lip designed on the belly to generate lift that lifts the body, canceling out the force that would cause it to sink and dramatically improving response during low-speed reeling. Although it weighs 28g, it is now possible to swim at the same reeling speed as a sinking minnow in the 14g class, which is half the weight.
In addition, a typical heavy minnow has a wobbling action, but G-Control adds rolling to the wobbling to bring out a more minnow-like action.
