Collie is the long-awaited slim sinking pencil.
When the rockfish around 15cm in size that flock in harbor areas etc. are not very active, they may be interested in lures with strong water pressure or plugs that move too quickly, but they may not be able to bite.
In order to overcome the situation where worms bite but plugs do not bite, we have introduced a sinking pencil that uses slow movements to attract worms.
It will be useful in plugging games aimed at catching rockfish for the first time and in tough conditions.
