A standard spinning rod designed as a primary tool for fishing in headwaters—deep within mountain valleys or in streams 7–8 meters wide. This model is optimized for heavy sinking minnows and focuses heavily on facilitating precise twitching techniques.
The tip section utilizes a blend of medium-to-low modulus 24-ton carbon (high-resin type) and fiberglass. This ensures a smooth bending action, making it easy to execute the short casts—flexing only the tip—that are frequently required in narrow streams.
The center and butt sections feature a slim design utilizing 33-ton carbon (Torayca T1100G high-strength, high-modulus fiber with Nanoalloy technology) and even higher-modulus 40-ton carbon. The crisp tension and lightness characteristic of high-modulus carbon enable agile rod work, while the rod’s ability to flex and track under heavy loads minimizes hook-offs. Additionally, the rod's rebound power helps lift large fish to the surface.
Except for the logo area, the rod features an unpainted, unsanded finish—a technique chosen to fully unleash the blank's inherent potential.
Designed for fishing in mountainous terrain and dense vegetation, it features a 3-piece construction for compact portability. It employs "put-over" joints set to the minimum necessary length; despite having multiple joints, the design achieves a smooth bend curve and reduced weight.
Titanium-frame SiC ring guides are used throughout. The specific guide models and sizes were selected to balance agile handling with the ability to accommodate thicker monofilament or PE lines—essential for handling large fish and resisting abrasion—and to ensure smooth passage of leader knots.
Stainless steel frame guides—slightly heavier than titanium equivalents—are used to assist tip flex during casting. This allows for solid casting performance even with lightweight lures that might otherwise struggle to load the rod.
