The body size is 63mm and 5.8g, which is slightly larger than the conventional HighCut, and the hooks used are #8 front and rear. It can be used with both spinning tackle and bait finesse tackle, and the aim is to use a general bait finesse tackle with the smallest size that will not cause stress.
Even with the same small plug, the Shad is extremely vulnerable to wind compared to the round crank, so after a comparative test with the same body, we chose to move the center of gravity, which has more benefits. Even if the SR lip is short, it has a high angle, so if you use a fixed center of gravity, it will be taken away by the wind when it stalls in the second half of the cast.
In addition, in pursuit of good swimming start and response, the rail for moving the center of gravity has been minimized and made thinner. The weight used is also reduced in diameter by approximately 25% by using high-density tungsten balls instead of the common steel balls.
By moving the weight to the tip of the thin tail, the flight posture becomes stable even in the wind, increasing flight distance.
