Masso is a short-sized folding series supervised by Takashi Adachi, who travels domestically and internationally targeting big freshwater fish while making full use of airplanes, cars, and even motorcycles.
The word Masso means rock in Italian. A partner who is as strong as a monolith and someone you can rely on.
Whether it's using a big lure or fighting a big fish, the sense of security that comes with strength is an irreplaceable important factor. Simple and sturdy. Because of this focus on strength, instead of using a pack rod with many joints, we have adopted an irregular multi-piece rod with a 130cm standard as the basic specification, which makes the most of the rod's original strength.
The logo features a bison, a symbol of strength, throughout the series, embodying our commitment to a sense of security.
