It has the same form as the S-21, but its power class is 3. The S-31BL has a slightly thicker shaft and is barbless.
Even though it has a thin shaft, the wire diameter is just right to catch big trout over 50cm if you handle it well, giving it a clearly different flavor from the S-21.
Its form is also effective against sudden, sudden bites.
