Adopts the patented KI abrasion test technology for abrasion resistance.The KI abrasion tester prevents damage to the threads.The KI abrasion tester uses square stainless steel rods placed evenly in eight locations and rotates them, rubbing the threads with the edges of the rods. We devised a device that damages the line under certain conditions and reproduces the tension between the damaged line and the fish. Conventionally, the common method for evaluating lines based on root deviation was to scrape the threads with an abrasive material such as sandpaper and evaluate the time until the threads wear out. However, in actual fishing situations, the most important feature is wear resistance, which allows the fish to be pulled out of easily damaged obstacles. Therefore, we decided to use KI, a method of evaluation that is closer to actual fishing.
