In the style of fishing up a river, down cross and down cast are used less than 10% of the time, but there are always some situations where they are necessary.
D-Contact was developed as a minnow that makes frequent use of upstream casts and produces sideways action by twitching, slide action by darting, and jerking.
Due to its nature, sinking minnow had a weakness in twitches, but D-Contact's potential remains unchanged from up, cross, and down. Because it has a lot of weight, the falling speed is fast and you can aim for deep areas.
It can be used in a variety of ranges depending on the reeling, the spacing between twitches, and the position of the rod tip.
Because the center of gravity is fixed at the slightly rearward position, you can get a greater distance than conventional size lures without wobbling. When there is a headwind, you can appreciate the weight of your own weight.
The thin body and shape are designed to make the target fish aware of big changes with slight sideways action and rolling. Different holograms are placed on the mask and body to give it a sense of presence underwater.
