A special minnow designed for the "Magic Jerk" technique, capable of triggering explosive catch rates.
Compared to the "Still Area Tune," this model features even lighter weight and increased buoyancy to boost its appeal. The introduction of the T2 is set to further expand the possibilities of Magic Jerk fishing.
"Magic Jerk" is a technique where, after casting, the lure is quickly dived below the trout's line of sight to effectively make it "disappear."
Next, the angler applies line tension to control the lure's posture while letting it float straight up. As the "Still" suddenly darts back into their field of vision, the fish are compelled to strike.
In muddy ponds where sight fishing isn't possible, PE line is used to locate the trout's depth range and detect bites through the line's movement.
Ester line is also effective for this technique, as it blends well with the water, has low stretch, and minimizes pressure on the fish.
The original "Still Area Tune" is designed with lower buoyancy, making it particularly effective in cold water or when fish activity is low.
In contrast, the T2 features slightly higher buoyancy, making it more effective in warmer water or when fish activity is high.
The increased buoyancy creates a moment of undulating, side-to-side swaying as the lure rises, further enhancing its appeal.
To concentrate strikes on the tail hook, the eye sticker has been intentionally omitted.
For the same reason, the logo on the body is placed on the back, where it is less visible to the fish.
This minnow relies on a very delicate balance, so "true-tuning" (adjusting the eyelet) is essential.
