■80L.....Light Technical Jerk Model.
The development concept of the 80L was to pursue the suppleness necessary to allow the Egi (squid jig) to act in place when jerking.
To swing the Egi up, down, left, and right as much as possible in place, it is important that the rod bends properly when jerking. However, with a soft rod, power is not transmitted to the Egi, making it difficult to act, but the Air series' supple yet powerful blank achieves these seemingly contradictory performances.
