Exceptional technical handling is the hallmark of the Calamaretti series.
In response to the growing popularity of "metal sutte" (squid jig) fishing, a dedicated model has now been added to the entry-level Calamaretti UX lineup.
By reconstructing the design of the Nuovo Calamaretti using the "UX" manufacturing process, we have achieved a level of sensitivity and operability that defies its status as an entry-level rod.
This is the most versatile model in the series, capable of handling a wide range of squid jig weights.
It features a 6’6” length—an ideal choice for easily landing your catch and maintaining control even in rough, swell-heavy conditions. (Equipped with a solid tip.)
