It has been 14 years since the birth of 9cm "Asura" and 10 years since the birth of 13cm "Rudra", and 11cm Minnow Varuna was born. Each of the above two items was developed with the aim of becoming No. 1 in its class, and is active on the front lines regardless of domestic or overseas and fish species. Having had time to continue using it in actual battles for many years, I am convinced of the necessary elements from a lot of experience and achievements. In the development of Varuna, we were able to decide without hesitation about all specifications such as body and lip shape, as well as the material, position and balance of the Weight used. The body shape is a full flat body that has both a flushing bite-inducing force and a high level of difficulty in being caught by the wind by casting. Inside the body, we adopted the Honeycomb Super HP Body (PAT.), Which realizes high-response swimming while achieving both Weight reduction and strength of ABS resin. Three small-diameter tungsten balls are mounted on the moving Weight to realize a sharp action with a low center of gravity and a flight distance and accuracy obtained from a stable flight attitude by moving the Weight to the tail. By making the front fixed Weight heavier, the Sinking model has a faster Sinking speed (about 1.2 times the Sinking speed of the Rudra130S), clearly differentiating the range from the suspend model. Due to the center of gravity near the front and the effect of the slightly larger lip, even the Sinking model was wound for free, tight and high response very close to bait fish, and a feeling of vibration that was firmly transmitted to the hand was obtained. Varuna raises the total performance to the highest range without blind spots and dominates the area of 11cm Sinking minnow.
