The Giant Killing casting model has been completely redesigned.
We overhauled the taper design from the ground up and fine-tuned the guide placement—down to the millimeter—to achieve an exceptionally smooth, effortless casting stroke.
The tip section, engineered with added stiffness, ensures that your lure maintains its intended action even in challenging conditions, such as in strong winds or heavy currents.
The rod also offers high sensitivity, allowing you to feel everything: the state of the current at the end of a full-distance cast, the movement of your lure, and even the subtle changes that occur when a fish begins to chase it.
■ Designed for targeting small yellowtail and various migratory fish.
This versatile blank is ideal for use with PE lines (rated #1–#2) and handles a wide range of lures—including minnows, sinking pencil plugs, and topwater plugs up to 40g, as well as metal jigs (such as blade jigs) up to 50g. It also possesses the butt power required to handle unexpectedly large fish.
With a 7'4" length that offers excellent maneuverability, it is perfectly suited for use on a boat.
